We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something is not right, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery (choose one; I can adjust if you want).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Clearance / final sale items


2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  1. Inspect the product

  2. Notify you of approval or rejection

  3. Process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is our mistake (wrong or damaged item).


3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer pays the return shipping fee.

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, TradewingsSolution will cover the shipping cost.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.

After shipping, cancellations are not possible.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos or videos
    We will send replacements or offer a refund.
